From our experience, it will help you to get the most out of our initial overview of your dispute/claim, if you can email as much of the following as possible in reasonable detail

  • Contract if there is one, if not how the original agreement was reached with copies of any documents, for example drawings and spec provided for quotations, price returned, instruction to proceed or agreed date etc
  • Contract Value
  • Nature of the project
  • Start date
  • Completion date (if applicable)
  • Name of both parties
  • Outline of the dispute/claim and any defence/counter argument.
